As a loan officer, my priority is to provide a trusting environment that is free of intimidation or prejudice. When you enter my office, I want you to immediately feel at home, a sense of calm and know that you will be taken care of regardless of your situation. The relationship starts from the first contact and continues well after the closing; I want to be your lending and financial resource for years to come.
I feel a sense of pride in being ethical in my business and personal life, treating everyone with respect and providing honest communication. Open communication is key to understanding your goals, desires, fears and hurdles. The “deal” isn’t about me; it’s all about you: educating you about the process, discussing options and not taking advantage of you or anyone in terms of rates or fees. There are never any silly or stupid questions, never.
