All this information, but what good is it if we can’t connect. Though much of our communication will be via email or over the phone, my true hope is that we get one or two opportunities to sit down. Going through the process, numbers and programs face-to-face is really the only way I can give you the service you deserve. I know our world is all about email, twitter, sending IM’s and phone calls, but there is something to be said about actually shaking hands and getting to know one another. I want you to be comfortable with me — my style (and I’m not talking clothes!), my methods of educating and my large knowledge of the process and the programs for all buyers, especially first time buyers.
